This home features an understated elegance with its wood cladding, aged wooden beams and stone trimmings. For most, gray is a color that is typically not popular to immerse your surroundings in, but the way it has been used here is exceptional. The designer’s like to blend contemporary and old-world to create timeless casual chic. It seems they have blended these stylesÂ to perfection in this home.

This has to be one of the most beautifully designed houses I have seen in a long time. Not cold and sterile looking like a lot of the houses that are being shown around the net. I love it!

I love the organic but yet very modern design and it blends all wonderfully ! That is what we tried to accomplish in our house to combine contemporary with natural wood and white elements.

What I love the most is that is see not one square foot of sheet rock or plaster! The painted wood walls communicate a special authenticity. This project reminds me of the earliest (and little known) American ranch homes designed by Cliff May. Very fine work.
